Abstract:

The bachelor’s thesis deals with a theory of a team and team work in an organization. The theoretical part focuses on baseline data that evaluate teams in terms of their forms, characters and processes, which are necessary for tasks and objectives setting. It also deals with a theory of a team size that is necessary for a fulfilment of tasks and for an effective communication, in respect to the team’s efficiency. The analytical part of the thesis describes a need of a concrete team origination. It categorizes the team on the basis of lessons learned. It compounds basic criteria and methods for subsequent team analysis from the point of view of its internal operation and identification of eventual problem areas that should be taken into consideration at the team building. The bachelor’s thesis conclusion includes a summary of analysis results as well as recommendations that can serve as possible solutions for the improvement of a team’s work.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá teóriou tímu a tímovou prácou v organizácii. Teoretická časť je zameraná na východiská, ktoré hodnotia tímy podľa ich formy, znakov a procesov, potrebných pre stanovenie úloh a cieľov. Taktiež pojednáva o teórii veľkosti tímu z hľadiska efektívnosti tímu, potrebnej k plneniu úloh aj potrebe efektívnej komunikácie. Analytická časť práce popisuje potrebu vzniku konkrétneho tímu. Kategorizuje tento tím na základe získaných teoretických poznatkov. Zostavuje východiskové kritériá a metódy pre následnú analýzu tímu, z pohľadu jeho vnútorného fungovania a identifikáciu možných problémových oblastí, ktorým by sa mala venovať pozornosť v rámci jeho budovania. Záver práce tvorí zhrnutie výsledkov analýzy, s vypracovaním odporúčaní, ako námetu možných riešení zlepšenia tímovej práce.
