Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací výrobního procesu ve zvolené strojírenském podniku. Teoretická část je zaměřena na materiálový a informační tok ve společnosti. Práce popisuje pojem jako je logistika, optimalizace, materiálový a informační tok, výrobní logistika a výrobní proces. Praktická část se zabývá veškerými informacemi o podniku a následné optimalizaci informačního systému a pracoviště. Pro získání potřebných dat k vypracování aplikační části byly použity interní materiály podniku, většina informací byla získána z osobních rozhovorů s vedením společnosti a z rozhovorů se zaměstnanci podniku. Cílem diplomové práce je na základě analýzy současného stavu společnosti identifikovat kritická místa, určit jejich potenciální příčiny a navrhnout optimalizační opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení vybraných procesů. Veškeré informace, které mi společnost poskytla byly využity pro zpracování SWOT a procesní analýzy. V závěru práce je celkové vyhodnocení navrhovaného stavu.

Abstract:

The master’s thesis deals with the optimization of the production process in the selected engineering company. The theoretical part is focused on material and information flow in the company. The thesis describes the concept such as logistics, optimization, material and information flow, production logistics and production process. The practical part deals with all information about the company and the subsequent optimization of the information system and workplace. Internal materials of the company were used to obtain the necessary data for the application part, most of the information was obtained from personal interviews with the company management and interviews with company employees. The aim of the thesis is based on an analysis of the current state of the company to identify the critical points to determine their potential causes and to propose optimization measures that will lead to the improvement of selected processes. All information provided by the company was used for SWOT processing and process analysis. In conclusion, the overall assessment of the proposed state.
