Diplomová práce se komplexně zabývá problematikou práce přesčas a pracovní pohotovosti včetně jejich limitů a odměňování. Úvodní kapitola se věnuje genezi právní úpravy práce přesčas a pracovní pohotovosti, následující kapitoly jsou již zaměřeny na vymezení pojmu práce přesčas, nařízená a dohodnutá práce přesčas a pracovní pohotovost. This thesis deals with the complex issue of overtime and work readiness, including their limits and remuneration. The first chapter is devoted to the genesis of the legislation, overtime and work readiness, the following chapters are already focused on the definition of overtime work, mandated and agreed overtime and work readiness.
