Diplomová práce se zabývá cyklem deseti drobných skladeb Antonína Dvořáka s názvem Legendy, zkomponovaných nejprve pro čtyřruční klavír a poté zinstrumentovaných pro orchestr. Stěžejní částí práce je komparativní analýza vybraných skladeb cyklu, jejímž cílem je odhalit odlišnosti původní klavírní a transkribované orchestrální verze. Abstract:
The master´s thesis deals with a cycle of ten short pieces of Antonín Dvořák named Legends, at first composed for four-hand piano and subsequently orchestrated. The main part of the thesis is the comparative analysis of chosen pieces of the cycle, with a view to finding differences between original piano version and transcribed orchestral version.
