Probační programy jako forma resocializace mladistvých delikventů

Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou delikvence a kriminality mladistvých a možností jejich resocializace v rámci probačních programů. Probační programy jsou novým výchovným opatřením, které je podle zákona možno uložit mladistvým, kteří porušili zákon.
Abstract:
The thesis is engaged in problems of juvenile delinquency and possilibities of their resocialization within probacy programs. Probacy programs are new educative measure, which can be impose to juvenile, who violate a law.
