Disertační práce usiluje o komparativní náhled na volbu práva v režimu tzv. Nařízení Řím I. a tzv. Úmluvy Řím I. na straně jedné a tzv. Mexické úmluvy na straně druhé. Autor v prvním větším celku charakterizuje prostředí vzniku sledovaných pramenů a rovněž pojednává o osobním, časovém dosahu, vymezení mezinárodního prvku, vztahu k jiným pramenům. In our PhD. thesis, we do try to analyse and compare the party autonomy in the view of both the Rome I Regulation and Rome I Convention on the one hand and Mexico City Convention on the other hand.
