Postavení znalce v trestním řízení

The role of an expert witness in criminal trial
Abstract:
Práce se věnuje tématu znalce a znaleckého posudku, a to z několika perspektiv. Teoreticky je vyložena otázka odbornosti znalce, přibrání a odměňování znalce, strukturou, významem a náležitostmi znaleckého posudku. Z praktického hlediska práce přináší konkrétní údaje o znalcích a znaleckých posudcích a také ukázky případů v nich je znalecký posudek používán v praxi.
Abstract:
The topic of this thesis is the role of a judicial expert in criminal proceedings and the use of expert´s report as evidence. The thesis discusses possible subject areas of judicial experts´ focus and basic principles of criminal proceedings. The text than focuses on the expert´s report in detail. Also, concrete criminal cases and their statistical data are shown.
