Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je metodika vyšetřování trestných činů proti životu, konkrétně vražd. Tuto bakalářskou práci tvoří dvě části, a to část teoretická a praktická část. The main topic of this bachelor’s thesis is the methodology of investigating crimes against life, specifically murder. This thesis consists of two parts, theoretical one and case study. The topic of this thesis is so wide that it's impossible to get deeper into the whole criminalistics methodology, therefore it's mainly concentrated on methodology of murder investigation.
