Predložená bakalárska práca sa zaoberá stanovením glutathionu v biologických vzorkách – slinách a kondezáte dychu pomocou kapilárnej elektroforézy s laserovo indukovanou fluorescenciou. Teoretická časť je venovaná popisu základného princípu kapilárnej elektroforézy, princípu použitého LIF detektoru, rôznych spôsobov dávkovania a elektroosmotického toku.
