Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám výkladem závazkových vztahů, vznikem, zajištěním, změnou a zánikem závazku, rozborem obchodních smluv podle obchodního a občanského zákoníku. Také se podrobně věnuji rozboru smluv o dopravních službách, včetně rozboru smlouvy o přepravě věci pro praktické využití v mezinárodní kamionové přepravě.

In my work for the award of the degree of Bachelor, I deal with the explanation of obligation-related relationships, with the creation, change and extinction of obligations and with the analysis of commercial agreements concluded in a accordance with the Commercial and Civil Code.
