Bakalářská práce pojednává o místech exekucí ve třech okresech Jihomoravského kraje (Brno-venkov, Znojmo a Břaclav). V úvodu jsou popsané metody práce, teoretická část se zabývá vývojem středověké a novověké justice na Moravě, výskumem míst exekucí v Evropě a doklady hrdelního práva ve třech studovaných okresech.
