Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na studium funkce stathminu v nádorových buňkách u karcinomů prsu. Stathmin ovlivňuje stabilitu mikrotubulů, které mají v buňce důležitou funkci ve vztahu k buněčnému cyklu, buněčné proliferaci, invazivitě a metastazování nádorů. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the role of the protein stathmin in breast cancer cells. Stathmin influences stability of microtubules, which play essential function in cell cycle, proliferation, invasiveness and metastasis of tumor cells.
