Tato práce se zabývá transkriptomovou analýzou a vyhodnocením sekvenačních dat hematofágního helminta Eudiplozoon nipponicum (Monogenea: Diplozoidae). Sekvenační data byla získána prostřednictvím sekvenátoru nové generace Illumina MiSeq a zpracována pomocí specializovaných softwarových nástrojů. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on transcriptomic analysis and evaluation of sequence data of hematophagous helminth Eudiplozoon nipponicum (Monogenea: Diplozoidae). Sequence data were generated by next generation sequenator Illumina MiSeq and processed by specialized software tools.
