Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá sledováním obsahu biogenních aminů a polyaminů ve sladech a sladových extraktech. Stanovení obsahu BA byly podrobeny pevné vzorky sladů (34 vzorků), ale i sladové extrakty (5 vzorků). Abstract:
The aim of the current Master thesis was the monitoring of biogenic amine content and polyamines content in selected malt and malt extracts. Moreover, solid samples of malts (34 samples in total) and also malt extracts (5 samples in total) were subjected to the determination of BA content.
