Ve své diplomové práci se zaměřuji na jeden z nejčastěji ukládaných alternativních trestů - na trest obecně prospěšných prací. V rámci novelizovaného znění trestního zákoníku se do jisté míry změnila i právní úprava této sankce, proto jsem se rozhodla, že se jí budu podrobněji zabývat. This diploma thesis deals with The Sentence of Publicly Beneficial Works as an alternative to all other punishments. The author tries to summarise accessible information on both current and past legal regulation concerning of imposition and execution of punishment – from the substantive and also from procedural wiev.
