Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá Mystery shoppingem, což je kontrola kvality poskytovaných služeb v dané firmě. Tento výzkum provádí tajní zákazníci, kteří se nazývají mystery shoppeři. V teoretické části se budu věnovat převážně marketingovému výzkumu a následně technikám sběru dat, kam spadá pozorování, dotazování a experiment. This thesis focuses on the Mystery Shopping which is about checking the quality of services in a particular company. Such a research is performed by secret customers aka mystery shoppers. The theoretical part deals mainly with marketing research techniques and then data collection, which includes observation, interrogation and experiment.
