Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zaměstnávání cizích státních příslušníků a problematiky z legislativního hlediska v České republice. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. This bachelor thesis focuses on the employment of foreign nationals and issues from the legislative point of view in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two main parts.
