Security Project Significantly Concentrated in Social Events in the Context of the Protection Soft Targets

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je pojmenována "Bezpečnostní projekt významné společenské akce v kontextu ochrany měkkých cílů" se zaměřením na Prostějovské Hanácké slavnosti. V teoretické části práce jsou shrnuty informace o právním prostředí, terorismu, měkkých cílech a jejich ochraně a složkách IZS podílejících se na zajišťování bezpečnosti. Praktická část je zaměřena přímo na Prostějovské Hanácké slavnosti, místa konání programu a jejich zabezpečení. Hlavní částí praktické části je analýza ohroženosti a vytvoření Koordinačního plánu k zabezpečení těchto slavností. Na provedenou analýzu navazují návrhy na zvýšení úrovně zabezpečení.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is entitled " Security Project Significantly Concentrated in Social Events in the Context of the Protection Soft Targets" with a focus on the Prostějov Haná Festival. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes information about the legal environment, terrorism, soft targets and their protection and Integrated rescue system units involved in ensuring security. The practical part is focused directly on the Prostějov Haná Festival, the venue of the program and their security. The main part of the practical part is the analysis of the threat and the creation of a Coordination Plan to ensure these festivities. The analysis is followed by suggestions for improving security.
