The influence of granulated feed mixtures on the growth ability of rabbits

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vyhodnocení vlivu granulovaných krmných směsí na růstovou schopnost králíků. V první části je popsán trávící trakt králíků, fyziologie trávení a rozdělení krmiv, které králíci mohou přijímat. Druhá část práce je věnována technologii ustájení a samotnému experimentu, kde byli králíci rozděleni do dvou skupin a každé byl podáván jiný druh krmiva. Jedna skupina byla krmena granulovanou krmnou směsí a druhá kombinovaným krmením. Během časového rozmezí dvou měsíců se jednou týdně králíci vážili a na konci experimentu byly vypočítány průměrné hmotnosti a přírůstky pro vyhodnocení. Výsledná čísla ukázala, že králíci krmeni granulovanou krmnou směsí měli lepší růstovou schopnost, než králíci krmeni kombinovaným krmením průměrně o 20 gramů za den a o 993 g za celé sledované období.

Abstract:

The principal purpose of this bachelor´s thesis was to evaluate the effect of pelleted feed mixtures on the growth ability of rabbits. The first part describes the digestive tract of rabbits, the physiology of digestion and the division of feed that rabbits can receive. The second part of the work describes housing technology and the experiment itself, where the rabbits were divided into two groups and each was given a diffrent type of feed. One group was fed a pelleted feed mixture and the other combined feed. During a time snap of two months, the rabbits were weighted once a week and at the end of the experiment average weights and gains were calculated for evaluation. The resulting numbers showed that the rabbits fed the pelleted feed had better growth ability,then the rabbits fed the combined feed average 20 grams per day and 993 grams for the entire monitored period.
