Effect of heavy metal nanoparticles on cells of lung tissues - an in vitro study
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zhodnotit vliv nanočástic oxidu olovnatého (PbONPs) a oxidu kademnatého (CdONPs) na buňky plicní tkáně in vitro. Experimenty byly prováděny na buněčných liniích ELEP a A549 a zaměřovaly se na metabolickou aktivitu, genovou expresi a intracelulární distribuci kovů. The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the effects of lead oxide nanoparticles (PbONPs) and cadmium oxide nanoparticles (CdONPs) on lung tissue cells in vitro. Experiments were performed on the ELEP and A549 cell lines and focused on metabolic activity, gene expression, and intracellular metal distribution.
