Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou výživových norem v předškolním stravování. Výživové normy jsou analyzovány pomocí spotřebních košů za vybrané časové období. Hlavním cílem praktické části práce je zjistit, zda jsou plněny výživové normy v zařízení školního stravování v mateřské škole. The bachelor´s thesis deals with the analysis of nutritional standards in preschool diet. Nutritional standards are analyzed using consumer baskets within a selected time period. The main goal of the practical part is to find out whether the nutritional standards are met in the school catering facility in the kindergarten.
