Abstract:
Cílem výzkumu bylo stanovení protonačních konstant adeninu, adenosinu a AMP s využitím potenciometrické titrace. Byla studována také schopnost uvedených derivátů tvořit komplexy s mědí, zinkem a kadmiem; pro adenosin byl proveden odhad konstanty stability. Měření byla prováděna pro iontovou sílu 0,1 M. Abstract:
The objective of research was determination of protonation constants of adenine, adenosine and AMP using potentiometric titration. The ability of these derivatives to create complexes with copper, zinc and cadmium was also observed; stability constant for adenosine was estimated. Measurements were done at ionic strength 0,1 M.
