Práce je zaměřená především na právní rozbor smlouvy o obchodním zastoupení. Na začátku práce uvádím historický vývoj tohoto smluvního typu od 19. století do současnosti. My diploma thesis deals mostly with a legal analysis of the Commercial Agency Agreement. The first chapter contains historical development of this agreement type, focusing on the period ranging from the 19th century till present day.
