Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se věnuje zkoumání vlivu narození a následné péče o postižené dítě na rodinu jako celek, na vztahy mezi partnery, na formování vztahů mezi sourozenci, širší rodinou a sociálním okolím, na strategie zvládání této zátěžové situace. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a praktickou. Základem teoretické části jsou odborné informace objasňující základní pojmy týkající se zdravotního postižení, rodiny, rodiny s postiženým dítětem, socializací postiženého dítěte, kvalitou života. Dále se pak autorka v teoretické části zabývá sociální oporou a jejími druhy. Praktická část je věnována rozhovorům s rodinami pečujícími o tělesně postižené dítě. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaké změny nastaly v rodinách a ve vztazích po narození postiženého dítěte, jak se jednotlivci vyrovnávali s touto zátěžovou situací, současnou situací v rodině a také tím, jak sami vnímají kvalitu svého života

Abstract:

The present bachelor thesis examines the impact of the birth and subsequent care of a disabled child on the family as a whole, on the relationships between partners, on the formation of relationships between siblings, extended family and social environment, and on strategies for coping with this stressful situation. The work is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on expert information explaining basic concepts related to disability, family, family with a disabled child, socialization of a disabled child, quality of life. In the theoretical part, the author then deals with social support and its types. The practical part is devoted to interviews with families caring for a disabled child. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out what changes occurred in families and relationships after the birth of the disabled child, how individuals coped with this stressful situation, the current situation in the family and also how they themselves perceive the quality of their life.
