Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na zhodnocení práv majitelů ochranných známek a jejich praktické využití v podnikatelské sféře. V první kapitole jsem se zaměřila na rozdělení průmyslového vlastnictví a jednotlivé úmluvy, na základě kterých vznikla jednotná právní úprava. Bachelor thesis is focused appreciation rights of the owners of trademarks and their practical use in business. In the first chapter I focused on the distribution of industrial property and the respective conventions, on the basis of which uniform legislation.
