Abstract:
V této práci jsem se věnovala provedení metody long-range PCR, která je výchozí metodou pro určení haplotypu mutace R117H a polymorfismu IVS-8 T(n) v genu CFTR u pacientů s některými mírnějšími formami cystické fibrózy. U tří pacientů jsem touto metodou amplifikovala exony 4-8 genu CFTR o délce 17,7 kb. Část amplifikovaného úseku genu CFTR jsem sekvenovala. Výsledky sekvenování potvrdily správnost …more
Abstract:
In this bachelor's thesis I dealt with the execution of the method Long-Range PCR, which is the default method for determination of the haplotype of the mutation R117H and the polymorphism IVS-8 T(n) in the gene CFTR in patients with some moderate forms of pulmonary fibrosis.
