Tribotechnical diagnostics oil cogeneration units in Vysoké Mýto

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením stavu opotřebení motorových olejů z plynových motorů kogeneračních jednotek fermentační stanice ve Vysokém Mýtě. K posouzení stavu opotřebení motorových olejů byly použity vybrané metody tribotechnické diagnostiky. Práce popisuje danou problematiku po teoretické ale i praktické stránce. Definuje základní pojmy z této oblasti, obecně popisuje princip bioplynové stanice, funkci kogeneračních jednotek a definuje příčiny opotřebení oleje v provozu a druhy částic vznikajících opotřebením. Prakticky je zde popsána problematika týkající se kogeneračních jednotek bioplynové stanice Vysoké Mýto a bioplynu, který je využíván jako palivo. Déle přináší podrobný přehled použitých metod tribotechnické diagnostiky a jejich principy. Práce rovněž popisuje odběry vzorků motorových olejů, jejich analýzu metodami tribotechnické diagnostiky (analýzou částic laserovým analyzátorem SpectroLNF Q200, IČ spektrometrií, atomovou emisní spektrometrií s rotující diskovou elektrodou) a vyhodnocuje výsledky provedených analýz. Výsledky diplomové práce budou předány provozovateli bioplynové stanice.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to describe the degradation of engine oil from gas engines of the cogeneration units which are located in the fermentation station in Vysoke Myto, from both a practical and theoretical approach. The paper focuses on the general operation of the bio-gas station, the function of cogeneration units as well as defining the basic terms related to this subject. The causes of engine oil degradation and types of particals produced by the wear process are also identified. The theoretical part provides a detailed overview of tribo diagnostic methods, which were in this research used for assessing the engine oil degradation. The practical part focuses on the matter regarding cogeneration units located in the bio-gas station in Vysoke Myto and biogas, which is used as fuel. It also describes sampling of motor oils, their analysis by some tribo diagnostic methods (such as analysis using a laser analyser Spectro LNFQ 200, IR Spectrometry, Atomic Emission Spectrometry with a rotating lectrode) as well as evaluation of the results obtained by different methods. The results of this work will be forwarded to an operator of the bio-gas plant.
