Proces stávání se terapeutem s integrativní perspektivnou (in Czech)

Abstract:

Integrativní přístup k psychoterapii je oblastí relativně mladou, což platí i o výzkumu profesního vývoje psychoterapeutů, kterému se věnuje pouze malé množství autorů. Dosavadní zjištění o profesním vývoji terapeutů s integrativní perspektivou se navíc týkají těch, kteří přijali tuto perspektivu až v průběhu svého profesního vývoje. Předkládaná práce se zabývá právě touto, poměrně málo poznanou, oblastí. Pomocí vnořené případové studie se snaží odhalit významné okolnosti v procesu stávání se terapeutem s integrativní perspektivou. Metodou analýzy byla zvolena interpretativní fenomenologická analýza. Sběr dat probíhal dlouhodobě, po dobu půl roku, v rámci terapeutické práce s klienty se schizofrenním onemocněním ve Sdružení Práh. Výsledky, zachycené v grafickém znázornění, popisují šest hlavních témat ovlivňujících vývoj terapeuta. Tato hlavní témata, či milníky, jsou následně diskutovány a zasazeny do kontextu dosavadního poznání a kontextu vzdělávání v integrativní modalitě.

Abstract:

Psychotherapy integration is a relatively young field of research, as is research of professional development process of therapists at all. Moreover, hitherto findings about professional development of integrative therapists are limited only to those, who endorsed this perspective during their professional careers, not from the beginning. This thesis is dealing with this, relatively undisclosed, field of research. This embedded case study is trying to disclose all significant factors in a process of becoming a therapist with integrative approach. Data was analysed with interpretative phenomenological analysis. Data collection ran for half a year, during therapeutic work with schizophrenic clients in NGO Práh. Findings, also depicted in a graphic diagram, describe six master themes influencing the development process of a therapist. These master themes, also called milestones, are consecutively discussed and contextualised to hitherto findings and therapeutical education of integrative approach.
