Steroid hormones - their importance and possibilities of determination
Abstract:
Tato práce je věnována steroidním hormonům. Zabývá se jak významem, fyzikálními a obecnými vlastnostmi steroidních hormonů, tak i účinkem hormonů, obsažených v hormonální kontracepci, na životní prostředí. V další části se práce věnuje metodám stanovení vybraných steroidních hormonů.
Abstract:
This bachelor work is focused on steroid hormones. It deals with the meaning, physical and basic qualities of steroid hormones and on the other hand with effect hormones on the environment which are in hormonal contraceptive contained. The maine emphasis of this work is on the methods of analytical determinantion of selecter steroid hormones.
