Teaching Practice - Expectations and Experiences of Students of Teacher Training program for Nursery schools
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá očekáváními a zkušenostmi studentů s pedagogickými praxemi, realizovanými v průběhu studia programu Učitelství pro mateřské školy. Dále se práce věnuje pojmu učitele, včetně jeho rolí a kvalifikačních požadavků potřebných pro plnění povolání učitele v MŠ, rolí mentora a mentoringu samotnému.
Abstract:
This work deals with the expectations and experiences of students with pedagogical practices, realized during the study of the Teaching program for kindergartens. Furthermore, the work deals with the concept of a teacher, including his roles and qualification requirements needed to fulfill the profession of a teacher in kindergarten, the role of a mentor and mentoring itself.
