Incomplete Instrument From the View of Czech and Slovak Decision - Making Praxis
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá zajišťovací blankosměnkou z pohledu české a slovenské judikatury. Věnuje se výhodám a nevýhodám zajišťovací blankosměnky z pohledu dlužníka a věřitele. Jedná se o celkový rozbor dané problematiky se zaměřením na praktické využití zajišťovací blankosměnky. Prostor je věnován emisi blankosměnky, jejímu doplnění, uplatnění i dohodám se zajišťovací blankosměnkou souvisejícími.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with incomplete instrument as a instrument of security for obligations with the focus on Czech and Slovak decision-making praxis. It presents the advantages and disadvantages of security incomplete instrument from the perspective of the debtor and creditor.
