Tato práce představuje teorii bezpečnosti sociálně vyloučené lokality, v jejímž jádru se nachází přesvědčení o existenci specifické kultury vyloučené lokality. Kultura vyloučené lokality vzniká v důsledku materiálního nedostatku a vyznačuje se sociálně patologickým trávením volného času, násilím jako přijímaným způsobem řešení problémů a statusem jednotlivce v lokalitě. This thesis presents a security theory of socially excluded locality; at its heart there is a belief in the existence of a specific culture of excluded locality. The culture originates as a result of material deprivation and is characterized by a socially pathological way of spending free time, violence as an accepted manner of problem resolution and the status of individual in a locality.
