As get out from the theme of this Bachelor thesis the personal psychologie and recruitment is the content of it. About these questions we discuse in two ways. Firstly the theme is analyzed on the base of theoretical knowledge achieved from speciale literature. Ako vyplýva zo samotného názvu Bakalárskej práce, jej obsahom je problematika personálnej psychológie a výberu personálu. Týmito otázkami sa v práci zaoberám v dvoch rovinách. Problematiku najskôr rozoberám v teoretickej rovine vychádzajúc z odbornej literatúry. V ďalšej časti práce analyzujem samotný proces výberu vo vybranom automobilovom závode.
