Storage of produced cars in Skoda Auto a.s.
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na skladování hotových vozů ve Škoda Auto a.s. První kapitola práce obsahuje část věnovanou logistickým činnostem a teoretickým aspektům skladování. Druhá část práce se zabývá analýzou současného stavu skladování hotových vozů a procesy v distribuci vozů ze skladu. V poslední části práce se objevují návrhy na zlepšení stávajícího stavu skladování hotových vozů.
Abstract:
The thesis is focusing on storage of produced cars in Škoda Auto a.s. The first chapter of the thesis is describing logistic processes and theoretical aspects of storage. The second chapter is about analysing status of storage of produced cars as well as processes needed for distributing the cars out from store.
