Práce se zabývá metodami ocenění ochranných známek používanými v České republice a jejich následnou aplikací v analýze oceňovacího posudku a ve vlastním zjednodušeném odhadu hodnoty ochranné známky. Stěžejní část práce je tvořena zhodnocením postupů a úvah oceňovatele spolu s nastíněním možného vhodnějšího řešení jeho postupů i samotného ocenění. The thesis deals with methods for the valuation of the trade marks used in the Czech Republic and their subsequent application during the valuating assessment and own simplified valuation of the trade mark.
