Bakalářská práce je věnována roli obce pří řešení pandemie covid-19 se zaměřením na opatření a činnosti, které obec vykonávala v letech 2020-2021. V úvodních kapitolách je charakterizováno postavení obce ve veřejné správě, vymezení obce, jejího hospodaření a na závěr i krizové řízení a štáby obce.
