Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma ,,Ergoterapie v geriatrii? má nastínit problematiku seniorů. Obecná část se zabývá stárnutím, stářím a fyziologickými změnami ve stáří, které jsou pro tuto životní etapu typické. Dále obecná část zahrnuje zásady komunikace se seniory a geriatrické syndromy. S ohledem na hlavní část bakalářské práce je čtenář seznámen s problematikou syndromu demence. Speciální část zmiňuje ucelenou rehabilitaci a její hlavní složky. Seznamuje s oborem ergoterapie, konkrétně s jeho cíli, dělením a fázemi ergoterapeutického procesu. Poukazuje na důležitost ergoterapie u seniorů. Hlavní část se zabývá kazuistikou klientky trpící lehkou demencí Alzheimerova typu. V práci je popsáno vstupní vyšetření, na jehož základě se mohl sestavit a realizovat krátkodobý ergoterapeutický plán, dále výstupní vyšetření, dlouhodobý ergoterapeutický plán s výstupním vyšetřením a celkové zhodnocení terapie.

Abstract:

The thesis,, Occupational Therapy in Geriatrics "is to outline the problems of seniors. The general part deals with aging, age and physiological changes in old age, which are typical of this stage of life. Furthermore, the general part includes a section of principles of communication with the elderly and geriatric syndromes. With respect to the main part of the thesis, the reader is informed of the problems of dementia. The Special part mentions comprehensive rehabilitation and its main components. It also deals with the field of occupational therapy,specifically with its objectives, division and occupation therapy phases of the process. It also Highlights the importance of occupational therapyfor the elderly people. The main part of the case study deals with client who suffers from mild dementia of the Alzheimer type. The work describes the initial examination, based on that was created and implemented a short-term occupational therapy plan, further examination of the output, long-term occupational therapy plan with output examination and overall assessment of therapy.
