Abstract:

Bakalárska práca je zameraná na komplexné reštaurovanie starej tlače s názvom Postilla Aneb Kázanij Ewangelictská Na Neděle a Swátky celého Roku wedlé obyčege Cyrkwe Swaté Wsseobecné Křestianské. Zbierka výkladov nedeľných a sviatočných dní bola vydaná roku 1629 v Starém Měste pražském v dielni tlačiara Pawla Sessiusa. Objekt reštaurovania bol v zlom fyzickom stave. V celej knihe sa objavujú rozsiahle dobové opravy. Opotrebovanie, nevhodné zaobchádzanie a uchovávanie diela spôsobilo úbytok materiálov a následne prispelo ku konečnej nefunkčnosti knižnej väzby spolu s knižným blokom. Práca tvorí rozšírenú reštaurátorskú dokumentáciu, v ktorej sú sústredené základné údaje o knihe, typologický popis, rozsah poškodení a potrebné reštaurátorské zásahy. Okrem textovej a grafickej prílohy je súčasťou bakalárskej práce podrobná foto-dokumentácia stavu objektu pred, v priebehu a po ukončení reštaurovania.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis focuses on the complete restoration of the old print titled Postilla Aneb Kázanij Ewangelictská Na Neděle a Swátky celého Roku wedlé obyčege Cyrkwe Swaté Wsseobecné Křestianské. A collection of interpretations of sunday and feast days was published in 1629, in Staré Město pražské in the workshop of the printer Pawel Sessius. The object of restoration was in a poor condition. The olden treatments preserved either in complete or fragmentary form troughout the book. Loss of materials and final malfunction of the book binding were caused by improper handling and wrong storage of the book. The thesis includes extended restoration documentation. Basic information about the book, typological description, extent of damages and necessary restoration interventions are collected in the extended restoration documentation. Besides textual and graphical appendix, a detailed photo documentation about the condition of the object before, during and after restoration is enclosed in the thesis.
