Abstract:

Daná diplomová práce je zaměřena na možnosti využití sociálních síti pro podporu inovací v podnicích. Hlavním cílem této práce je objasnění problematiky inovací v podnicích, ukázání možností podpory inovačních aktivit v podnicích prostřednictvím využití sociálních sítí a následné navržení konceptu webového portálu, prostřednictvím kterého lze podpořit inovační činnosti konkrétní organizace. Daný cíl je naplněn vydefinováním termínů, které jsou spojené se sociálními sítěmi, médii a inovacemi, popisováním možností podpory činnosti podniků prostřednictvím sociálních sítí, následujícím představením na trhu dostupných sociálních sítí pro podporu inovací v organizacích, provedením analýzy konkurenčního prostředí společnosti Blue-Pool s.r.o. a předvedením prototypu webového portálu pro podporu inovací v podniku Blue-Pool s.r.o.Hlavními přínosy dané práce je vymezení oblastí, ve kterých podniky mohou využívat sociální sítě pro podporu vlastních činností, sestavení přehledu dostupných sociálních sítí pro podporu inovací v podnicích a návrh konceptu webového portálu pro podporu inovací v podniku, který působí v oblasti informačních technologií.Teoretická část diplomové práce obsahuje úvod do tématu sociálních médií a sociálních sítí, dále následuje úvod do problematiky inovací v kontextu podniků, ve kterém jsou popsány pojmy související s tématem práce. Následující kapitoly teoretické části práci jsou věnovány možnostem využití sociálních sítí pro podporu podnikových činností a inovací. Na konci této části je sestaven přehled dostupných sociálních sítí pro podporu inovací v podnicích.Praktická část této práce je zpracována na základě informací o činnosti IT podniku Blue-Pool s.r.o., soustřeďuje se na prozkoumání charakteristik společnosti, provedení analýzy jejího konkurenčního prostředí a na následný návrh portálu pro podporu inovací v daném podniku.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on potential use of social networks in supporting innovation activities in companies. The main objective of this paper is to clarify the issue of innovation in companies, showing the possibilities of supporting innovation activities in companies by using social networks and the subsequent design of a web portal, which can support the innovation activities of a particular organization. This objective is fulfilled by defining terms that are associated with social networks, media and innovation, describing the possibilities of supporting business activities through social networks, showing available on the market social networks that supporting innovation in organizations, analysing the competitive environment of Blue-Pool s.r.o and by demonstration a prototype of a web portal which support innovation in the Blue-Pool s.r.o. company.The main contribution of the thesis is defining areas in which companies can use social networks to support their own activities, compiling an overview of available social networks which supports innovation activities in companies and designing a web portal which supports innovation activities in the company which operating in the field of information technology.The theoretical part of this paper contains an introduction to the topic of social media and social networks, an introduction to the issue of innovation in the context of enterprises, which describes the terms which relating to the topic of the work. The following chapters of the theoretical part are dedicated to the possibilities of using social networks in supporting business activities and innovations. The end of this part contains an overview of available social networks which supporting innovation activities in companies.The practical part of this paper is based on information about activities of Blue-Pool s.r.o IT company and focuses on exploring the characteristics of this company and analysing its competitive environment and the subsequent design of a web portal which supporting innovation activities in the company.
