Novodobé otroctví v legislativním zakotvení EU a Ceské republiky doposud neratifikovala některé velmi důležité úmluvy týkající se problematiky lidských práv ukotvení evropském prostoru. Prace si bude rovněž všímat rozhodnutí vydaných k této problematice na úrovni Rady Evropy.
