Expectation of womens in cominications from Midwife

Abstract:

V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám očekáváním žen v oblasti komunikace od porodní asistentky. V teoretické části bakalářské práce definuji a rozděluji komunikaci na verbální a neverbální, popisuji zásady správné komunikace, specifika komunikace u žen při vyšetření, před zákrokem, v těhotenství i během porodu a uvádím komunikační bariéry porodní asistentky, které mohou vzniknout na cestě k získání důvěry mezi ženou a porodní asistentkou. V praktické části se zabývám informovaností žen, empatickým přístupem porodních asistentek a ISO podávaných informací. Informovanost žen se zakládá na položené otázce v dotazníku, kdy posoudíme znalosti ženy od porodní asistentky. Empatický přístup porodní asistentky posoudí ženy v dotazníkové otázce, kde je možnost více odpovědí a na závěr mají možnost popsat porodní asistentku jedním slovem. ISO informovanosti znamená umístění termínů týkající se porodu v dotazníku a jejich následné správné odpovědi.

Abstract:

In my work I deal with the aspirations of women in communications from midwives. The theoretical part of the thesis defines and distributes communication to verbal and non-verbal, describes the principles of proper communication among women in the examination before surgery, during pregnancy and during labor and mention the communication barriers midwife that may arise on the way to winning the trust between a woman and birth assistant. In the practical part deals with the awareness of women, empathic approach midwives and ISO presented information. Awareness of women is based on the question posed in the questionnaire, which will assess knowledge of women from midwives. Empathetic approach midwife will assess the woman in question questionnaire where multiple answers, and finally have the opportunity to describe in one word midwife. ISO awareness is the placement of terms relating to the birth of the questionnaire and their subsequent correct answers.
