Analysis of the reasons for selecting the focus of tertiary education of potential public sector workers

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá důvody zaměření terciárního vzdělávání studentů z nichž jsou potenciální pracovníci ve veřejném sektoru. V práci je charakterizováno terciární vzdělávání v České republice a s ním spojené přínosy. Dále je zde popsán v relaci s názvem veřejný sektor, Fakulta ekonomicko-správní Pardubice a Fakulta informatiky a managementu Hradec Králové. Následuje klíčová motivace ke studiu. V rámci praktické části proběhlo dotazníkové šetření a v poslední části práce je analýza důvodů ke studiu.

Abstract:

Bachelor's thesis deals with the reasons for focusing terciary education of students of whom potencial workers are in public sector. The work characterizes terciary education in the Czech Republic and its associated benefits. It is also described here in session entitled Public sector, Faculty of Economics and Administration Pardubice and Faculty of Informatics and Management Hradec Králové. A key motivation follows for the study. Within the practical part, there will be a questionnaire survey and in the last part of the work is an analysis of the reasons for the study.
