The analysis of the differences in income taxation of individuals

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem „Analýza rozdílů ve zdanění příjmů fyzických osob“ má za cíl identifikovat vznikající disproporce ve zdanění pro různé druhy příjmů. V úvodní kapitole práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a spojitosti týkající se tématu zdaňování příjmů. To by mělo napomoci k lepšímu pochopení celé problematiky. V následujících částech práce je již provedena analýza odvodového zatížení příjmů. Pojem „odvodové zatížení příjmů“ je velice důležitým pojmem, který zjednodušeně ukazuje, kolik procent z příjmů musí poplatník odvést do veřejných rozpočtů. Analýza v práci identifikuje poměrně veliké rozdíly v odvodovém zatížení. Tyto disproporce jsou pro poplatníky demotivující, vedou k deformaci ekonomiky, trhu práce a také ke zkreslení statistických ukazatelů. Typickým příkladem deformace ekonomiky je tzv. „schwarz systém“, kdy je pracovněprávní vztah nahrazen dodavatelskoodběratelským za účelem snížení daňových odvodů. Z výše uvedených důvodů je třeba současný systém zdanění změnit. Důležitým prvkem nového systému by mělo být odstranění disproporcionality ve zdanění příjmů.

Abstract:

The main object of the bachelor thesis titled “The analysis of the differences in income taxation of individuals” is the identification of rising disproportions in taxation of different kinds of incomes. In the first chapter there are determinate the basic perceptions and connections which are used in the topic taxation of incomes. This chapter should help for a better understanding of taxation problems. In the next parts of the bachelor thesis there is the performed analysis of the tax burden. The concept “tax burden of incomes” is very important, because it shows, how many percents from income has the taxpayer to pay in the state budget. The analysis identifies big differences between the tax burden of the particular kinds of incomes. These disproportions demotivate taxpayers, deform the economy, deform the labour market and also distort the economic statistic. The typical example of deforming the economy is so-called “Schwarz system”, it is an evasion of labour law provisions by a conclusion of a commercial-contractual relationship to reduce the taxation. Because of these reasons it is necessary to change this contemporary system. A very important element of the new income taxation system should be the elimination of disproportionateness in taxation system.
