Abstract:
Bakalářská práce „Kupní smlouva a smlouva o dílo a jejich využití při podnikání“ se zabývá právním rozborem těchto dvou nejčastěji používaných smluv v podnikání. Metodu komparace jsem využila pro porovnání dvou vybraných kupních smluv a smluv o dílo, zjistila jejich nedostatky a navrhla další náležitosti, o které by se dané smlouvy mohly rozšířit. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the legal use of the two most commonly used business contracts - the Contract of Sale and the Contract for Work. The comparison method was used to compare these contracts. Afterwards the deficiencies are defined and solutions are suggested.
