Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice závislosti na pomoci jiné fyzické osoby jako jedné ze sociálních událostí. Odlišuje ji od sociální události invalidity, pojednává o důsledcích této závislosti, postavení pečujících i pečovaných osob, a to se zaměřením na neformální pečující. The present master’s thesis deals with the issue of dependence on another person’s assistance as a social event. The thesis draws a line between the social event of dependence on another person’s assistance and the one of disability, describes the consequences of the dependence, and examines the position of the carer and the cared after, focusing mainly on informal carers.
