Bakalářská práce popisuje optimalizaci procesu zastavení proliferace buněk. Teoretická část zahrnuje popis účinků UVA záření a ultrazvuku na BHK buňky. Praktická část zahrnuje práci s BHK buňkami ve sterilním prostředí a jednotlivé kroky při jejich kultivaci.
