Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá jedním z aktuálních problémů - věkovou diskriminací v oblasti pracovněprávních vztahů. Cílem práce bylo uvést základní právní úpravu (především českou a unijní) a vysvětlit pojmy vztahující se k tématu. Práce obsahuje rovněž relevantní judikáty Soudního dvora Evropské unie. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with one of the actual problems - discrimination based on age in area of labour relations. The aim of this thesis was to give basic legislation (especially Czech and EU) and terms related to this topic. There are also included relevant judgements of the European Court of Justice.
