Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou amerického politického systému. Popisuje mechanismus přijímání rozpočtu ve Spojených státech. Především klade důraz na analýzu případu Bill Clinton versus Kongres 1995, důsledky konfliktu, změnu rozpočtového zákona a vyjádření Nejvyššího soudu.
Abstract:
A bachelor thesis deals with the characteristics of the American political system. Describes a mechanism for adoption of the budget in the United States. Particular emphasis on analyzing the case of Clinton vs. Congress 1995, the conflict consequences, the budget law modification and the Supreme Court observation.
