Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou požadavků na začínajícího učitele v prostředí středních odborných škol. Cílem této magisterské práce je zjistit, jaké jsou požadavky na začínající učitele z pohledu učitelů zkušených. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol a zabývá se pojmy učitel, učitelská profese, začínající učitel, zkušený učitel, požadavky na profesi učitele a požadavky na strukturu osobnosti učitele. Praktická část je věnována metodologii výzkumu. Cílem praktické části je identifikace požadavků na začínající učitele. Pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů zjistím, jaké jsou názory zkušených učitelů na nově začínající. Vzorek je tvořen čtyřmi zkušenými plně kvalifikovanými učiteli středních odborných škol s délkou praxe 15 let a více. V závěrečné části práce budou zpracovány výsledky z rozhovorů.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of the requirements for novice teacher in the environment of secondary vocational schools. The aim of this master thesis was to find out what are the requirements for novice teachers from point of view of teachers experienced. The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters and deals with the concepts of teacher, teaching profession, novice teacher, experienced teacher, requirements for teacher's profession and requirements for teacher personality structure. The practical part is devoted to the research methodology. The aim of the empirical part is the identification of the the requirements for novice teachers. Using semi-structured interviews to find out what are the views of experienced teachers on the newly budding. The sample is made up of four experienced, fully qualified teachers of secondary vocational schools with the length of practice 15 years or more. In the final part of the work will be processed the results of the interviews.
