Analysis of Electronic Registration of Sales

Abstract:

Cílem práce je vysvětlení základních principů fungování a dopadů elektronické evidence tržeb na podnikatelský sektor, resp. ekonomiku ČR, a také prozkoumání postoje podnikatelské veřejnosti k tomuto projektu. V první části je stručně vysvětlen tuzemský daňový systém s důrazem na DPH. Druhá část je zaměřena na pravidla a principy fungování elektronické evidence tržeb. Ve třetí části jsou s pomocí dostupných statistických údajů vyhodnoceny dopady elektronické evidence tržeb na rozpočtové příjmy České republiky a na tuzemský podnikatelský sektor. Poslední část je věnována interpretaci a vyhodnocení výsledků dotazníkového šetření, které bylo zaměřeno na zhodnocení přínosů, případně nedostatků, projektu elektronické evidence tržeb z řad podnikatelské veřejnosti.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to explain the basic principles of functioning and impact of electronic records of sales on the business sector and the economy of the Czech Republic, as well as exploring the view of the business community towards this project. The first part briefly explains the domestic tax system with an emphasis on VAT. The second part focuses on the rules and principles of the functioning of electronic records of sales. In the third part, with the help of the available statistical data, the impacts of the electronic records of sales on the Czech Republic's revenue and on the domestic business sector are evaluated. The last part is devoted to the interpretation and evaluation of the results of the questionnaire survey, which was focused on the business community´s evaluation of benefits, or shortcomings, of the project of electronic records of sales.
